Mixed martial arts (MMA), hybrid combat sport incorporating techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, jujitsu, karate, Muay Thai (Thai boxing), and other disciplines. Although it was initially decried by critics as a brutal blood sport without rules, MMA gradually shed its no-holds-barred image and emerged as one of the world’s fastest-growing spectator sports in the early 21st century. MMA events are sanctioned in many countries and in all 50 U.S. states.

Our MMA program is for both those new to the sport and those that have previous experience. We created a family oriented enviornment with a “never outworked” mind set to help you push through tough sessions.

important things

This class is for anyone ages 13 and up. Great for beginners intrested in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts and advanced enough even the most seasoned vet will accomplished.

Yes, equipment is required for all classes. 16oz (12-14oz for women and teens) boxing gloves, shin guards, and mouth guards are required. 6oz MMA sparring gloves may be needed for some classes but not manditory. Also protective cup are required for men. All equipment can be purchased through us or members can bring their own.

This class is included with all MMA memberships. We also offer pay per class options as well for non members.

Yes, all ages 13 and up are welcomed. We have members as young as 13 and as old as 50+ that are active in class.

Our advanced classes are in the morning. These sessions are reserved for members ONLY as they consist of our pro and amateur fight team.
